Absolutely over the moon that ‘A Year Too Late and a Month Too Soon’ with Alice Jones is Number 6 in MOJO’s Top 10 Folk albums of 2022, but also tinged with sadness at Colin Irwin’s recent passing. We feel truly honoured to have had our album held in such high regard by him and be up there with some cracking folk albums. Colin was so supportive of both of our various bands and albums over the years. We’ve lost one of our greatest ambassadors for folk in the mainstream music press.
